Tolu Ojo

Tolu Ojo has a diverse and extensive work experience in both executive and consulting roles. Tolu currently holds a position as a Non Executive Director at Capricorn Digital, where they focus on digital solutions and distribution. Prior to that, they served as the MD/CEO of Tamy Consulting Nigeria Limited, a business consulting and marketing firm specializing in strategy and business development. Tolu has also held leadership positions at Airtel Nigeria and Telecgsm Nigeria Ltd. Tolu has a background in sales and distribution management, having served as the Director of Sales and Distribution at Etisalat Nigeria Ltd and the Head of Regional Commercial Operations and Corporate Sales at Airtel Nigeria. Earlier in their career, Tolu worked as a Senior Project Manager at MTN Nig. Ltd and as a Senior Consultant at Ciberion (Ernst & Young UK). Tolu also gained experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a Regional Business Manager at Chiesi Pharmaceuticals. Overall, Tolu Ojo's work experience demonstrates their expertise in various industries and leadership roles.

Tolu Ojo completed a BSc degree at the University of Ibadan. They then pursued further education, including executive coaching at the University of Cambridge, Developing Strategy for Value Creation at London Business School, and an MBA at Henley Business School. Most recently, they attended Coach Transformation Academy in 2022.
