Jiayi Chen

Jiayi Chen currently serves as the Manager of Community Communications at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, a position held since October 2014, focusing on outreach and population health efforts in Central Singapore as part of the Healthier SG initiative. Prior to this role, Jiayi was an Assistant Manager in Communications, emphasizing internal communications and community interactions, and a Senior Executive in Corporate Communications, where responsibilities included crisis management and community engagement related to the HealthCity Novena master plan. Jiayi's earlier experience includes a Senior Communications Executive role at Sentosa Leisure Group, where the focus was on adapting to the evolving media landscape, and an Account Executive position at Grayling, which provided foundational public relations training. Jiayi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Diploma of Education in Business Studies from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
