Dag-Inge Aas

Dag-Inge Aas is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in artificial intelligence, software engineering, and video communication. Currently serving as the Head of AI at Tana since January 2025, Dag-Inge previously founded Draum AS, focusing on AI-driven experiences from May 2023 to December 2024. Prior to that, Dag-Inge held the position of Tech Lead - Call Quality at Daily, where the primary focus was on enhancing call quality and contributing to WebRTC technology. As a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Confrere from July 2017 to June 2022, Dag-Inge significantly impacted video communication in the healthcare sector. The earlier career includes key roles at Whereby, Comoyo, and NTNU, building a robust foundation in technology and support while earning a Master's degree in Technology and Computer Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
