Shreenie Vasan, also known as Srinivasan Jayapal, is a seasoned textile designer with over 30 years of experience in the industry. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Tana Bana Design Services LLC since May 2003, Shreenie has contributed to the establishment of a studio in Morristown, New Jersey, that specializes in textile design. Additionally, Shreenie has served as Creative Director for a design company since March 2010 and previously held the position of Creative Director at Point Loma Texdesign Pvt Ltd. from May 2004 to December 2009. Shreenie's early career included roles as Consultant at Cone Jacquards, Design Director at Absecon Mills, and Chief Designer at Nilkanth Silk Mills in Bangalore. Shreenie's educational background includes training at the Indian Institute of Handloom Technology, the National Institute of Design, and New York University.

Tana Bana was created in 2003 by a pair of textile designers with more than 30 years combined experience. Our studio is located in the suburbs of New York City, in Morristown, New Jersey. Tana Bana draws on a diverse pool of creative talents; our skills range from hand weaving to graphic design to oil painting. We offer our clients a variety of textil design services for the Corporate, Hospitality, and Residential markets.
