April Busby has significant experience in human resources and community relations, currently serving as the HR and Assisted Living Director at TanaBell Health Services since April 2013, previously holding the role of HR Manager. Prior to this, April worked at Emeritus from February 2009 to April 2012 as the Community Relations Director and Director of Marketing, where responsibilities included internal and external marketing and being a member of the management team. April’s earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Prayer and Women's Ministries at the Assembly of God from April 1996 to February 2008, with roles as a licensed Theophostic Minister, Sozo Minister, event chairperson, and teacher. April Busby has also completed a bookkeeping course at Idaho State University between 1997 and 1998.
