Elizabeth Leonhardt has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being the Managing Director of Partnerships and Climate Resilience at Tanager since March 2023. Elizabeth Leonhardt received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis in 2005. Elizabeth then obtained a Teaching Certificate in Early Childhood Education from Agnes Scott College between 2005 and 2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Development from the American University School of International Service from 2009 to 2011.
