Jessica Kelly

Jessica joined Tanager Place in March 2015 as Director of Quality, and has held several titles during her tenure with our organization.

Most recently she served as Quality and Performance Director, but has also been a Lean Engineer, Data Analyst, Medicaid Specialist and Social Worker. These roles follow her academic accomplishments at the University of Northern Iowa, where she earned a bachelor’s in social work and later, at Upper Iowa University, a master’s in public administration with an emphasis on health and human services.

Jessica is a native of Marion, and currently lives with her husband and two daughters in Atkins.
