Timothy Kaemmerer-Black

Timothy Kaemmerer-Black is an experienced facilities management professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Facilities Manager at Tanager Place since March 2015, Timothy has previously held significant roles, including Director of Engineering and Assistant Chief Engineer at Sheraton Iowa City/hotel Vetro from April 2008 to March 2015, and Facilities Manager at City Museum from June 2003 to August 2007. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management and an Associate of Science in the same field, both obtained from Mercyhurst University.
