Jennifer Eden has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jennifer started their career at Interior Community Health Center in 2005, where they worked as an Operations Officer for five years. In 2010, they joined Tanana Chiefs Conference as the Quality Management Director, responsible for ensuring high-quality healthcare services. After four years, they were promoted to the role of Chief Andrew Isaac Health Center Director, where they played a significant role in overseeing the center's operations. In 2018, Jennifer took on the position of Executive Director of Quality and Development at Tanana Chiefs Conference, further showcasing their expertise in healthcare quality management.
Jennifer Eden obtained a Master's degree in International Public Health/International Health from Oregon State University in the year 2002. In 2019, they also obtained a certification as a Baldrige Executive Fellow from the Baldrige Foundation.
