Prior roles include Business Development Director for South America at StarChem, Business Unit Manager at Erca Brasil, and Business Development Manager at Dow Corning, among others, demonstrating a consistent track record of growth and strategic management across various multinational chemical companies. Luciano holds an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and advanced degrees in Environmental Engineering and Chemical Engineering, complemented by a technical degree in Textile and Chemistry.
