Rocco Folino

Rocco Folino is the Head of Embedded Software Engineering at Tanaza S.r.l. since October 2011. Rocco has experience in Linux kernel-space development on MIPS platforms, Linux user-space development, Wi-Fi and Ethernet driver optimization, advanced Linux networking, toolchains creation, and OpenWRT and Buildroot build systems. Prior to their current position, Rocco worked as a Software Engineer at Wemblegg and Keypeople s.r.l. Milan, where Rocco focused on Java SE/EE development using frameworks such as Wicket, Spring, and Hibernate. Rocco holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Calabria.
