Sophie Frank

Sophie Frank currently serves in Operations at Tandem since May 2025, bringing extensive expertise in sustainability and data analytics from previous roles at Fellow, where responsibilities included overseeing the sustainability and DEIB initiatives and managing data analytics to inform business strategies. Prior to Fellow, Sophie held the position of CEO at Resprana Inc. and worked as a Senior Associate at PwC in the M&A practice, specializing in technology, media, and telecommunications. Sophie's early career included internships at various organizations, such as the Bronfman Center and UBS, and an academic background from NYU Stern School of Business, where studies were completed from 2013 to 2017.
