Andy Grover is a seasoned expert in real estate development and strategic growth, currently serving as Co-Founder, Chief Development Officer, and Advisor at Tend since October 2018, where efforts have focused on creating innovative dental practices that integrate hospitality with clinical services. Grover holds advisory roles at Kindbody, Nectar Allergy, TINY ZAPS, Tandem, and Parker & Ace, while also leading as Principal at Stirling Advisory Partners, providing strategic guidance to early-stage companies. Previously, Grover was the Vice President of Real Estate and Development at One Medical, facilitating significant expansion and operational efficiency, and earlier managed Chevron's national real estate portfolio at CBRE, exceeding performance benchmarks.
