David Beare

David Beare is an experienced professional in the construction industry, currently serving as Project Director at Tandem Building Group since December 2022. Prior to this role, David held the position of Project Manager at Kennett Builders from May 2017 to December 2022 and at Pike Constructions from March 2015 to May 2017. David also accumulated significant experience as a Project Manager with Schiavello Group from 2013 to March 2015 and worked as a Site Manager at Zara in 2012 and at Kennett Builders from 2005 to 2012. David's career began as a Document Controller at Built Environs in 2004. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from the University of South Australia, obtained between 2002 and 2005, and completed secondary education at Marrayatville High School from 1997 to 2001.
