Lloyd Bam

Lloyd Bam is a highly experienced Project Director at Tandem Building Group since May 2021, with a diverse background in managing industrial, commercial, and residential projects. Previously, Lloyd served as Senior Project Manager at Lanskey Constructions Pty Ltd and Vaughan Constructions from August 2018 to May 2021 and February 2017 to August 2018, respectively. Lloyd's project management expertise includes significant roles at Buxton Construction, DECMIL, Hansen Yuncken, Lend Lease, Khian Heng Construction, and Straits Construction Singapore Pte Ltd, overseeing complex developments such as mixed-use buildings, terminal expansions, and multi-storey residential projects. Lloyd holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil & Computing from Monash University, earned between 1990 and 1993.
