Ross Sylvia

Ross Sylvia joined us as our Vice President, Marketing and Product Management in April 2019, bringing with him more than 15 years of experience as an executive in the medical device, health sciences, and biotechnology industries. Prior to joining Tandem, Mr. Sylvia was Global Vice President, Thoracolumbar Fixation and Pediatrics at San Diego-based NuVasive, a medical device company focused on developing innovative surgical products and solutions for spine surgery. Mr. Sylvia has held a variety of leadership positions in product management, market development, marketing, and sales at NuVasive, K2M, Inc., and Johnson & Johnson. Mr. Sylvia holds a B.S. in marketing and computer information systems from Bryant University.
