Jason Gray has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Jason is currently serving as the Chief Information and Technology Officer at Tandem Health since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked for the United States Air Force for a significant period. From April 2010 to February 2021, they held the role of Director of Information Systems Security. Before that, from July 2007 to March 2010, they served as a Project/Program Manager and Signals Intelligence Security Manager at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and the United States Air Force. Jason's career in the Air Force began in January 2001, where they initially worked as an Aircraft Maintenance/Flying Crew Chief until September 2004. Jason then transitioned to the role of IT Manager, specializing in System/Network Administration until July 2007.

Jason Gray began their education journey by obtaining an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Aircraft Maintenance from the Community College of the Air Force. Jason then pursued another AAS degree, this time in Information Systems, from the same community college before graduating in 2007. Subsequently, they enrolled at Strayer University and completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology between 2007 and 2009. Jason later decided to further their education and recently completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Strayer University in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Jason has acquired certifications to enhance their professional skills. Jason obtained the Professional Manager certification from the Community College of the Air Force in March 2014. Furthermore, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA in May 2013.
