Billy Jo Baker

Billy Jo Baker has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Billy Jo began their career at Lake Cook Behavioral Health as an Intake Coordinator from 1998 to 2000. Billy Jo then worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Webvan from 2000 to 2001. Billy Jo joined Rotary International as a Program Coordinator in 2001, and later transitioned to NSACI as a Marketing Director from 2003 to 2006. Since 2006, Billy Jo has been with Tandem HR, first as the Director of Marketing from 2006 to 2023, and currently serving as the Director of Client Success. In these roles, they have demonstrated expertise in areas such as client satisfaction, marketing, lead generation, communications, event coordination, and SEO.

Billy Jo Baker obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from the College of DuPage in 1996. In 1998, they graduated from Trinity Christian College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology.
