Dindia Gutmann

Dindia Gutmann has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. Currently, they hold the position of People and Operations Manager at Tandem - Language Exchange, a leading global language learning community. In this role, they are responsible for developing a platform that connects people worldwide to practice speaking languages together.

Prior to their current role, Gutmann worked at Remod - Medical Technology, a Berlin-based startup, from 2017 to the present. Dindia held the positions of Product Manager, Project Manager, Development, and Co-Founder. Their responsibilities included supervising the development process, online presentation, product management, project planning, designing crowdfunding campaigns, customer contact, research, networking, and administrative tasks.

In 2017, Gutmann was a Business Manager at PaintFest - a new way to have a great night out. Dindia was part of the Business Management Team for a 6-month project period, where they focused on bringing people together through unique activities.

Gutmann's earlier experiences include working as National Event Manager at Erasmus Student Network (ESN) Ireland, supporting the organization's projects and events. Dindia also served on the organizing committee for "Social Events" at the Annual General Meeting of ESN International, where they organized social activities for international participants.

Additionally, Gutmann has held positions such as Lease Abstractor at Md7, Telephone Operator at Forsa Meinungsforschungsinstitut, and Assistant in Film Production at ZieglerFilm GmbH & CO.KG Berlin.

Dindia Gutmann has a diverse education history. In 2011, they enrolled at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics. Dindia completed their undergraduate education in 2015. During their time at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at ISCTE Business School from 2013 to 2014, focusing on Business and Economics.

After completing their Bachelor's degree, they continued their education at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam), starting in 2015 and finishing in 2016. At VU Amsterdam, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General business studies.

Additionally, in June 2015, Dindia Gutmann obtained a TOEFL-Certification from Educational Testing Service (ETS).
