Orla Daly

Orla Daly is an experienced professional in talent management and recruitment, currently serving as Associate Director of Talent Solutions and Head of Talent Management at Tandem Project Management Ltd. since May 2015. With a strong background in human resources, Orla previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at IBM, overseeing talent acquisition for Ireland and the UK. Additionally, Orla managed INCA as Proprietor/Business Manager from May 2005 to March 2015 and worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Bond Personnel Group Ltd. from 2003 to 2004. Orla holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in Human Resources from the University of Limerick, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
