Sean Hedigan BSc MSCSI, MRICS, MCInstCES possesses extensive experience in project management and cost control, specializing in multi-million euro projects within the bio-pharma sector and other industries. Currently serving as Project Controls Manager at Tandem Project Management Ltd. since August 2016, Sean's roles have included managing client-side project controls and procurement processes. As the owner and director of SFQS Limited since April 2013, Sean has demonstrated expertise in quantity surveying, cost management, and providing expert witness experience. Previous positions include leading cost engineering at PCM Consulting Inc. for Intel Corporation and serving as a senior quantity surveyor at notable firms across various sectors, including retail and demolition. Sean's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from The University of Wolverhampton, completed in 1996.
