Naz Akram

Naz Akram is currently serving as the Practice Lead for KSA Technology Recruitment at Tandem Search since May 2023, following its merger with Bluefin Talent and NSI Talent. Previously, Naz held the position of Talent Practice Manager at AstroLabs, leading initiatives for recruiting and upskilling digital teams in the MENA region. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics at Cander, Director at a Confidential company, and Senior Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Big Data Recruitment Consultant at Robert Half. Additionally, Naz worked at Experis and Spring Professional in recruitment capacities focused on technology and business intelligence. Naz holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Birmingham and completed GCSE studies at Trinity High School and Sixth Form Centre.
