Jeffrey Groeber

Jeffrey Groeber is the Founder & CEO of Tandem Workforce, a company that transforms entry-level jobs into Tandem Jobs™ where employers can source, sponsor, train and retain untapped talent to fill workforce gaps. Prior to this, Jeffrey has founded and been the CEO of Leif and an advisor at Alpaca.ai. With experience in capital markets at BNP Paribas and as Vice President of Convertible Bonds Sales at KBC Financial Products, Jeffrey also holds an MBA with a major in Finance from The Wharton School. Jeffrey's educational background includes a BAS in Systems Engineering and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
