Julian Nutley

Julian Nutley is an experienced professional in the financial sector with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Home Improvement Lending at Tandem Bank since February 2022, Julian previously founded and led Allium Lending Group as CEO and Partnerships Director from February 2019 to February 2022. Prior experience includes a Sales Director role at Shawbrook Bank (November 2012 - December 2017), founding and managing M2i (money2improve Ltd) from August 2007 to November 2012, and holding a Director position at GE Capital (April 2003 - August 2007). Julian also served as Regional Director at First National Bank PLC (February 1988 - March 2003) and began the career journey in a Management Trainee Program at Midland Bank PLC (June 1986 - January 1988).
