Meghali Gaikwad

Meghali Gaikwad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and engineering education. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner at Tandem Bank since September 2021, Meghali has successfully led key development projects including a new loan processing platform and the registration of financial brokers. Prior to this, Meghali worked as a Business Analyst at Avenir Digital Limited, focusing on automating manual business processes and collaborating with stakeholders for a Chatbot product. Meghali's academic background includes roles as a Lecturer in Engineering at Wigan & Leigh College, and as an Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engineering at both Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT-WPU and MKSSS Cummins College, where a variety of engineering subjects were taught. Meghali holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University.
