Sally Howcroft

Sally Howcroft began their HR career at Forrest as an Advisory level and progressed to HR Business Partner with a focus on Refurbishment, Energy, and Housing divisions. Sally also managed Forrest's Apprenticeship and Trainee Programme. Prior to this, Sally worked as a Customer Service Assistant at Sainsbury's. Sally holds a Bachelor of Arts in Deaf Studies and a CIPD Human Resources Management degree from Runshaw College. Currently, Sally holds the position of Head of HR at Tandem Bank since February 2019.
