Sally Fan

Sally Fan has a extensive work experience in various companies and positions. Sally is currently working at TandemAI as the Head of Information Technology, where they set objectives and strategies for the IT department, selects and implements suitable technology, and designs and customizes technological systems to improve customer experience. Prior to this, they held the position of Project Management Director at TandemAI.

Before joining TandemAI, Sally worked as the China Chief Information Officer at Europ Assistance from 2017 to 2021. During their time at AXA from 2015 to 2017, they served as a Digital Project Head. Sally also held the role of Senior BA Manager at Eli Lilly China from 2012 to 2015, where they established strategic relationships with key business stakeholders and ensured effective capturing of business requirements.

Sally's experience also includes working as an IT Technical Manager at MFLEX from 2010 to 2012, where they brought project management guidance and developed annual project plans based on business requirements. Sally began their career at BenQ Corporation as a BPM Product Manager from 2003 to 2010, where they communicated with system PMs to collect and analyze user requirements.

Sally Fan pursued their education in the field of Computer Science and Technology at Soochow University (CN) from 1999 to 2003. Sally then went on to Nanjing University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Software Engineering from 2015 to 2018.
