Michael Kramarsch

Michael Kramarsch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consultancy and financial advisory services. As the Managing Partner at hkp/// group since January 2011, Michael leads an international consultancy focused on strategic HR management and corporate governance. In addition, Michael serves as Stellvertretender Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender at ValueTrust Financial Advisors since June 2019 and has been the Owner/Partner at the European Center for Board Efficiency since January 2015. Michael is also an Investor at MERLIN - Beteiligung & Beratung, a company founded in January 2010. Prior to these roles, Michael held positions as Managing Partner at Towers Watson from August 1998 to December 2010 and as Managing Director at Neumann Consulting International from January 1995 to May 1998.
