Maya Yancey-Hunte

Maya Yancey - Hunte serves as the Clinical Quality Coordinator Lead at Tandigm Health, focusing on patient and practice engagement alongside operational oversight. In this role, Maya manages a patient outreach panel dedicated to medication adherence and Stars gap closures, while also creating assignments for other quality coordinators and conducting data analysis. Previous experience includes working as a Maternity Navigator at Cayaba Care, where Maya facilitated patient outreach and health education, and serving in various roles at Jefferson Health, where responsibilities included leading quality metric improvement projects and managing quality assurance programs. Maya began the medical career as a Certified Medical Assistant and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Southern New Hampshire University, expected to graduate in December 2024.
