Byrne Mulrooney

Byrne Mulrooney is an experienced executive with a strong background in consulting, recruitment, and workforce solutions. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Tandym Group since August 2023, Byrne previously held significant leadership roles including CEO of Korn Ferry Digital and Korn Ferry RPO, where expertise in leveraging technology and strategic thinking drove substantial business growth. Additional experience includes serving as President & COO at Flynn Transportation Services and President of Staffing & Workforce Solutions at Spherion, along with key operational leadership positions at EDS and IBM Global Services. Byrne holds a Master of Management Analytics from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.
