Paul Sember

Paul Sember is a seasoned professional in the staffing and recruiting industry, currently serving as Managing Director at Tandym Group since March 2025. Prior to this, Sember held the position of Director of Strategic Accounts at The Bison Group, a firm specializing in technical recruiting with a strong IT background, from October 2022 to March 2025.
