Jennifer Glaspie-Lundstrom

Jennifer Glaspie-Lundstrom is the CEO and co-founder of Tandym, a product management software company. Jennifer has over twenty years of experience in the technology industry, including stints at Capital One, The Boston Consulting Group, and Aphira. At Tandym, Jennifer is responsible for the product roadmap and strategy, as well as working with the engineering team to bring new features and products to market.

Jennifer started their career in 1996 as a business associate at ZS Associates. Jennifer then moved to Bain & Company, where they worked as a consultant and an associate consultant from 1997 to 2000. In 2002, Jennifer founded Aphira, a healthcare IT company, and served as its CEO for six years. In 2010, they joined The Boston Consulting Group as a principal, where they worked on a variety of projects in the technology, healthcare, and consumer goods industries. In 2014, Jennifer joined Capital One as managing vice president of product and technology. Jennifer was responsible for the bank’s digital transformation, including the launch of its mobile app and online banking platform. Jennifer left Capital One in 2021 to co-found Tandym.

Jennifer Glaspie-Lundstrom has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Michigan and a certification from HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX in Harvard Fintech.
