Kareem Sherif

Kareem Sherif has over 20 years of sales and management experience in the technology, medical, and automotive industries. From 2000 to 2006, they worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as an Area Manager, where they had P&L responsibility of $15M and managed a four store operation with 30+ employees. From 2006 to 2008, they worked at TNT Express as a Regional Sales Manager, where they managed a large portfolio of high growth major and federal government accounts. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at Acklands-Grainger Inc. as a District Sales Manager, where they led and coached 10 direct reports in 4 branches throughout Greater Toronto Area. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Amico Group of Companies as a Director of Sales - Medical Equipment, where they revitalized and rebuilt the entire sales force. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Tangent as Director, National Sales, and at MAKO Design + Invent as Vice President Sales and Marketing. In 2020, they co-founded and became CEO of IV Glove.

Kareem Sherif attended Sir Robert Borden High School, where they completed their High School and OAC. Kareem then went on to the University of Ottawa, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance and Marketing.
