Chris Sturgill

Chris Sturgill is an accomplished security professional with extensive experience in executive protection, project management, and law enforcement. As the Owner of Ironhorse Defense since March 2023 and an Independent Contractor PPO for Tangent Group International since February 2019, Chris demonstrates a strong commitment to security services. Previous roles include Executive Protection Specialist at PINKERTON from September 2016 to February 2019, Project Manager at Securitas Security Services USA, and a Special Response Unit member at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where responsibilities included crime prevention and coordination with law enforcement agencies. Chris served in the United States Marine Corps from August 1999 to April 2005, where leadership, training, and operational security were paramount during deployment in Iraq. Chris holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Homeland Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
