Her 20+ years of experience has provided her with in-depth knowledge for internal recruitment solutions along with recruitment insights. She have been involved in some major projects. This includes being one of the first in the USA to deliver UMTS and LTE talent for some major Operators. This insight has helped her understand placing talent along with bespoke solutions for the various projects she have been involved in.
