Doug McDonald

Doug McDonald is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and real estate investment. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance and Capital Markets at Tanger Outlets since January 2021, Doug previously held the position of Vice President of Finance at Columbia Property Trust from May 2017 to December 2020. Prior to that, Doug worked at Raymond James & Associates, Inc., specializing in real estate investment banking and equity research from July 2004 to April 2017. Doug holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Finance from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, earned between 2000 and 2004.
