Ruth Messmer

Ruth Messmer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ruth started their career in 1987 as a Creative Director at Design Marketing. Ruth then moved on to Smith Beautiful Living in 2001, where they served as President for 10 years. In 2012, Ruth joined Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. as a Customer Service Specialist.

Ruth Messmer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies, General from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Ruth further pursued their studies and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Art History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
