Tina McCuddin has a strong background in marketing and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Tina began their career in 2001 as a Marketing Manager at Tanger Outlets, where they directed all marketing and public relations efforts for a 1.3 million square foot facility. In 2004, they joined Macerich as an Assistant Vice President of Marketing, overseeing strategic marketing plans and corporate initiatives for multiple shopping centers across the East Coast to the West Coast. Tina also managed marketing and public relations for various shopping center redevelopments. In 2008, McCuddin took on the role of Assistant Vice President of Marketing & National Business Development at Macerich, where they successfully directed marketing strategy for a $70 million American Express Gift Card program. Tina played a key role in enhancing the program and maximizing sales and profitability. In 2014, they transitioned to Assistant Vice President of Marketing at Macerich, where they continued to oversee field marketing personnel and execute strategic marketing plans for super-regional shopping centers. McCuddin's most recent position is as the Vice President of Field Marketing at Tanger Outlets.
