Belynda Butler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile delivery and project management, currently serving as a Senior Agile Delivery Lead at Tangerine since February 2002. Belynda has held multiple roles within the company, including Scrum Master, Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst/Team Lead PMO, Operations Associate, Senior Operations Associate, Team Leader - Banking Operations, Service Level Analyst, and Direct Banking Associate. Prior to this, Belynda worked as a Flight Attendant for Royal Airlines/Canada 3000 from June 1993 to November 2001, showcasing a diverse background in both customer service and operational management. Belynda holds certifications as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
