Chris Eagles has a varied work experience, starting in 2003 with The Minacs Group. At The Minacs Group, Chris became a CSR in October 2003 and later moved on to become a Team Leader in March 2005. In November 2009, Chris advanced to the role of Program Manager, where they led a team, facilitated client meetings, and monitored department performance. From January 2014 to October 2015, Chris worked as an Operations Manager at The Minacs Group.

In 2015, Chris joined Tangerine as a Senior Manager in Sales and Service. From October 2015 to March 2018, they held this role before transitioning to become the Director of Service and Sales until June 2021. Currently, Chris is the National Director of Service and Sales Contact Centres at Tangerine.
