Colin Sperlich has extensive experience in workforce management and scheduling, currently serving as a Scheduling Analyst at Tangerine since October 2016. In this role, Colin conducts analyses on Key Performance Indicators, call trends, and staffing productivity to develop and maintain agent schedules, while collaborating with the Workforce team and management. Previously, as an Intraday Analyst at Tangerine, responsibilities included real-time staffing management and resource reallocation to meet service demands. Prior to this, Colin worked at Morneau Shepell as a Workforce Management Analyst/Scheduler, overseeing scheduling for over 300 agents across five sites and producing accurate forecasts. Colin's earlier experience includes roles at Hydro One as a Senior Customer Service Agent and as a Customer Care Representative, highlighting strong customer service and administrative skills. Colin holds a diploma from George Brown College.
