Jesse Lim, CPA, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2004, Jesse worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Queen's University. In 2005, Jesse joined DDB Canada as an Econometric/Measurement Analyst before moving to Dell Inc. in 2006, where they held roles as Brand Manager and Marketing Planning & Analytics Manager. From 2012 to 2013, Jesse worked at The Nielsen Company as a Project Lead and Consultant. In 2013, they joined Tangerine, initially as Manager of Marketing Strategy & Planning, then advanced to roles such as Senior Manager of Customer Strategy, and finally Director of Marketing Analytics & Business Planning. In 2021, Jesse joined Goodfood Market as Senior Director and Head of Customer Insights. Jesse then moved to oxio in 2022 as Head of Customer Insights & Analytics, and is currently the Head of Client Growth & Optimization at Tangerine, starting in 2023.
