Nadia Mensah

Nadia Mensah is an experienced professional with a diverse background in financial services, peer support, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Fraud Analyst and Mortgage Specialist at Tangerine since August 2016, Nadia manages mortgage client relations, collaborates with processing and lending teams, and oversees deposit and credit card client services. Previous roles include Deposit/Lending Account Manager and Account Manager, where Nadia contributed to client retention strategies. Nadia's earlier experiences include peer support training at Stella's Place, where skills in crisis intervention and rapport building were developed, and facilitating workshops for vulnerable communities as a Community Peer Support Worker with the Toronto Youth and Equity Strategy. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from York University, alongside diplomas in Fashion Arts from Humber College and Police Foundations from Sheridan College.
