Shantell Burrell

Shantell Burrell is an experienced professional currently serving as an Intraday Analyst at Tangerine since January 2021, where previous roles included Client Relationship Specialist and Client Service Specialist 2. Prior to Tangerine, Shantell worked as an Intelligent Assistant at Intelligent Office from November 2018 to January 2021, managing a busy multi-line phone system and addressing customer concerns for various clients. Additionally, Shantell contributed to Cineplex as a VIP Cast Member from March 2014 to August 2020 and held contract positions as a Brand Ambassador for Canada Post and a Receptionist via Randstad Canada.
