Derrick Taylor

Derrick Taylor is an accomplished Leadership and Management Development Coach and Safety Consultant, currently serving at TaylorMade Learning Center since January 2016. In addition, Derrick has been a Leadership Theory and Application Instructor for the Tangipahoa Parish School System since July 2015, and has extensive experience as a JROTC Instructor. Derrick's professional background includes significant roles in safety consultation for Marks' Electric and previous instruction positions within the East Baton Rouge Parish School System. With a long career in the US Army, Derrick held multiple leadership and advisory positions that enhanced expertise in training and development, safety management, and equal opportunity advising. Derrick's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management/Human Resource Management from Upper Iowa University, alongside various certifications and training in safety and leadership development.
