Shanta Stewart

Shanta Stewart is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and healthcare. Currently serving as a Mathematics Teacher at Tangipahoa Parish School System since August 2018, Shanta previously held positions such as Patient Financial Advisor at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center and Community Outreach Supervisor at Aetna, where responsibilities included educating members of a Managed Medicaid Plan and fostering community relationships. With a solid foundation in analysis and administration from Aetna Life Insurance, Shanta also worked as a Senior Care Coordinator, helping the Aged, Blind, and Disabled population navigate Medicaid benefits.
