Kirby Varnado

Kirby Varnado has extensive law enforcement experience, currently serving as a Detective at Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff since September 2014. Varnado has been with the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office since May 2008, holding the position of Deputy Sheriff. Additionally, Varnado has been a Patrol Officer at Ponchatoula Police Department since May 2003 and previously served as a Deputy Sheriff at Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Department starting in May 1999. Varnado holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Southeastern Louisiana University, completed between 1995 and 2005.
