Angel Fernández is an experienced professional in customer engagement and digital strategy, currently serving as the Head of Customer Engagement at Tangity since March 2024. Previously, Angel led the Customer Lab at Chazz and was the Head of Customer Experience & Digital Strategy at KPMG España, where significant projects were undertaken to enhance digital transformation in consumer relations. With a strong background in new business development and strategic planning, Angel has held key positions at Mobile Dreams Factory, Saatchi & Saatchi Health Spain, Publicis, and other notable companies. Education includes a Master's in Marketing from ESIC Business & Marketing School and further studies in Design Thinking & Innovation at Miami Ad School.
