Jennifer Graham

Jennifer Graham is currently the Senior Director of Clinical Integration at tango. Prior to that, Jennifer worked at myNEXUS as the Director of Clinical Integration. With a background in nursing, Jennifer has also held positions at SunCrest Home Health as the Director of Telehealth Services and at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a Charge Nurse. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Kentucky.
