Heather Griffin

Heather Griffin has extensive work experience in quality assurance and consulting roles. Heather started their career in 2006 as a Senior Software QA Engineer at IBM, where they worked on projects such as IBM TRIRIGA and Maximo. During their time at IBM, they also collaborated with the accessibility team and served as a mentor and ambassador for the learning program. In 2014, Heather joined Tango Management Consulting, LLC. as a Senior Consultant. Heather then transitioned to Tango Analytics in 2016, where they held various roles including Software QA Manager, Senior Manager of Quality Assurance, and currently, Director of Quality Assurance.

Heather Griffin earned a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Programming and Management of IT Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Heather attended from 2011 to 2014.
